I currently live in Manhattan (it's a long story and a really good deal) but am basically being kicked out in July. I am afraid I am going to have to move to Rockland County to afford rent! (And I work here in the Manhattan. I am super sad and anxious about the whole thing.) Anyway, funny coincidence, my downstairs neighbor hears water in her ceiling when we flush the toilet... uh oh - spells trouble for us, since they want to come and look at OUR toilet first (which means time off work etc. etc. etc. GRRR!) OK, rant over. Glad to here your ceiling problem was not so big! :) PS Another coincidence - my sister's name is Lauren! Hi Lauren!
